At Cloudflare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn merchandise.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Cloudflare account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your package to any authorized courier drop-off location or schedule a home pickup through our logistics portal.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
